Refund eligibility, cancellation and your applicable rights.

Celrow commercial refund terms

For a first subscription payment, request a full refund within 14 days if you have used 50 credits or fewer. For a one-time 100-credit pack, request a full refund within 14 days if the pack is unused. Renewal payments and other cases fall outside this voluntary offer, subject to the rights below.

Your applicable rights

These usage conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or any greater rights provided by Paddle. Statutory withdrawal, defective-service claims and payment disputes are assessed under the applicable rules. Celrow does not treat accepting its terms as a waiver of withdrawal rights. See Paddle’s refund policy.

How to request help

Visit Paddle buyer support or email [email protected] with “Celrow” and your order reference. Do not send payment card details or confidential documents.

Cancellation and credits

Cancel before renewal through the billing portal or your Paddle receipt to stop future subscription charges. Cancellation and refunds are separate. Failed document processing returns reserved service credits; it does not refund the purchase price. Refunds adjust the corresponding unused entitlements after the payment provider confirms them.

A chargeback or payment reversal may suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge.
