Celrow is a trading name of Seymour Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This is the legal operator of the service; operator contact and registration details are available from Pattern Provenance. Contact [email protected] for legal and data-processing enquiries.

Celrow turns emails and attachments into a spreadsheet. You are responsible for what you upload and for checking AI output.

Credits and plans follow the catalog: 1 credit equals one document parse. One trial of 20 credits, subject to availability, expires after 30 days. Starter: $9/month for 300 credits. Pro: $19/month for 800 credits. One-time pack: $9 for 100 credits, with manual processing and no API or email forwarding. Reply adds 2 credits; translation and deep extraction each add 1. Timelines add 5 credits for 2–10 documents, then 1 per additional group of up to 10 (50 maximum). Plan credits do not roll over.

Do not upload unlawful content or other people's private data without authority. You retain all applicable mandatory rights. Paddle acts as reseller and merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle; its buyer terms apply to those transactions.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew and are billed monthly until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal from your account or your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund or create a new credit grant. The 100-credit pack is a one-time purchase.

Service limits and refunds

Review extracted fields and AI drafts before using them. Failed processing returns the reserved credits under our service rules; this is separate from a cash refund. See the refund policy for the approved commercial refund terms and mandatory-rights exceptions.

The privacy notice explains account and service information. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the data processing addendum forms part of this agreement regardless of your plan.

Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an ordinary breach is limited to foreseeable direct loss, with an aggregate limit equal to the greater of the service fees you actually paid for Celrow in the 12 months before the event and US$100. Agreed cash refunds and credit returns are separate obligations and are not reduced by this limit. The limit does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, data-protection compensation that cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability or mandatory rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Applicable law and disputes

This agreement does not select an exclusive court, require arbitration, or waive collective remedies. Applicable law and mandatory conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules determine the law and competent courts. Consumers retain non-excludable protections and legal remedies available where they habitually reside. The location of hosting does not change the identity of the service provider. Paddle's separate sales contract applies to its payment and reseller relationship; it does not replace Celrow's service responsibilities.
