What does a credit cover?
Base extraction: 1 credit per document. Translation: +1. Deep attachment parsing: +1. Reply draft: +2. A timeline costs 5 credits for 2–10 successfully parsed documents, plus 1 for each additional group of 10 (up to 50 documents). Your estimate is shown before you run a batch. Failed operations are refunded.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each monthly cycle. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Trial credits expire after 30 days and are issued once, subject to availability.
Are there limits on AI work?
Document size, text length and output limits keep processing predictable. Unusually large jobs may need to be split. Repeated failures trigger a temporary pause; persistent failures may require support. A credit refund does not reset abuse protection.
Can I manage my subscription?
Use Manage billing in your account to manage payment details and cancel your subscription. Monthly plans renew until canceled. There are no annual plans at launch.
