Read the estimate
Base extraction is 1 credit per document. Translation adds 1, Deep extract adds 1 and Reply draft adds 2. A timeline adds 5 credits for 2–10 successfully parsed documents and 1 for each further group of 10. Use the current estimate before submitting.
Check your balances
Account separates Plan credits, Pack credits, Used today (UTC) and Credit history. Trial credits are issued once, subject to availability, and expire after 30 days. Subscription credits reset with the monthly cycle; purchased pack credits do not expire. Daily caps are separate from your available balance.
Manage billing from the account
Use Manage subscription for an existing monthly subscription. Monthly plans renew until canceled. A one-time credit pack does not create a subscription. If checkout is unfinished, continue or resolve that order before starting another purchase. The Pricing and Refund Policy pages are the current commercial reference.
Keep your own originals
Original uploads are processed in memory. Text may be sent to AI providers. Results expire after 24 hours; attachment ZIPs have their shorter single-use window. Filenames, account, billing and service metadata follow separate retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

You're done when…
You can connect the batch estimate and credit history to your work, and you have saved the outputs and originals you need.
If something goes wrong
For an unexpected credit entry or billing question, contact support with the relevant reference. Do not assume a credit adjustment is confirmation of a bank refund. Deletion and account-control requests follow the steps and retained-record limits in the Privacy Policy.
