EML: parsed in your browser. Email content is not uploaded. The body is shown as text, with attachment names and decoded sizes. Scripts, remote images and tracking pixels are not loaded.

MSG / OFT: uploaded to the server when you choose View, using the existing memory-only viewer. 20 server views per IP per hour.

In Workbench, choosing files and submitting a parse batch uploads the selected emails and attachments to Celrow. Extracted email text and, when Deep is enabled, supported attachment text are sent to the configured AI provider to extract fields.

    
This viewer file will not be transferred automatically. Opening Workbench does not upload it.
