Start / A practical guide

Your first useful spreadsheet

Start with one English order or invoice. Keep its original open so you can check the result before exporting.

01

Choose the job

Open Workbench. Choose Invoice / Bill for a single invoice, Purchase Order for one order, or Industrial order review when comparing an order and invoice. A preset is enough for your first run.

02

Add one document

Drop the file into Add your documents, or use the file picker. Begin with a small digital document that contains selectable text. Scanned PDFs need OCR elsewhere.

03

Check the options and estimate

Processing options stays visible. Enable only the extras you need. Deep extract reads supported attachment text; Reply draft creates a draft for your review and does not send email. The estimate is shown before processing.

04

Process and review

Choose Parse batch. To try the first file without leaving Workbench, open Customize columns and choose Preview first file. A preview uses the credits shown. Check each extracted value against your original, including identifiers, dates, currency and line items.

05

Take the checked result

Choose Edit values if something needs correcting, then Save corrections. Download XLSX or CSV. Results expire after 24 hours, so save the file you need. Do not treat field completeness as an accuracy score.

Check your result

You're done when…

The exported file has the columns you chose, source filenames and values you have checked against the originals.

If something goes wrong

If the upload response is unclear, open Account → Recent batches before starting over. An unchanged retry uses the same request identity; a changed file, option or column setup starts different work.
