Review / A practical guide

Check, correct and export

Make the final spreadsheet yours while keeping the first extracted value available for comparison.

01

Find what needs a closer look

Choose Show only rows needing review to focus on missing values, extraction problems, order checks and formatting warnings. A High field-completeness label is not a probability or an accuracy guarantee.

02

Check against the original

Use the source filename to open your own source document. Celrow does not retain your original uploads as a document archive. Confirm references, decimal separators, dates and units before you change a value.

03

Edit the result

Choose Edit values. Change an ordinary field or an existing line-item cell. After a saved correction, Originally extracted remains visible when editing that field. This preserves the original extraction, not an unlimited history of every edit.

04

Save before downloading

Choose Save corrections. Download links are unavailable while edits are unsaved. Saving and exporting corrections use no AI and no additional credits. They do not extend the result's 24-hour lifetime.

05

Inspect the actual spreadsheet

Download XLSX or CSV. XLSX uses numeric and date cells when the selected format can safely represent the value. Standard Line Items are also exported to their own worksheet when available. Check the source, column order and corrected totals in the downloaded file.

Check your result

You're done when…

The downloaded XLSX or CSV contains the saved values you checked, with an edit note and source filename.

If something goes wrong

If another page has saved a newer version, Celrow keeps your draft and refuses to overwrite that result. Review your draft, then use Discard edits & reload to load the latest saved values. If a timeline exists, corrections do not regenerate it; the page marks it as generated before your corrections.
